At Fragrance Paradise, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to reconsider your purchase. To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, we have established clear guidelines for your convenience. To initiate a return or exchange, simply complete the provided form and submit it within the designated timeframe.

 

Our approval for returns or exchanges will be based on the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  2. Condition of the Product: The product should be in an unopened, unused, and resalable condition. Original tags, if any, should still be attached.

  3. Packaging: The product's original packaging should be intact and in its original condition from delivery. If the product has a seal, it must remain unbroken upon return.

To streamline the process, all Return/Exchange requests will be treated as refunds. Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly process the refund, allowing you the option to place a new order for the desired product.

For efficient processing of your Return/Exchange request, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. Please ensure that the product is returned in the same state as you received it.

Here are some helpful tips to facilitate an easier refund process:

  1. Packaging: If you cannot return the item with its original packaging intact, you can use a sturdy box and newspaper as fillers to minimize movement during transport.

  2. Responsibility for Packaging: Please be aware that you are responsible for any damage during transport caused by using unsuitable packaging.

  3. Prior Approval: It's important to note that we cannot accept returns that are sent back to us without prior approval.

  4. Traceable Delivery: When returning the item, always use a traceable method of delivery. This helps prevent disputes and minimizes the chances of a lost return parcel.
